Email Support: Free unlimited for the first 60 days. Up to 10 instances per month after the first 60 days. Typical response time is 30 minutes or less. Additional support is available by annual contract as described below. We’re here if you need us!

Extended Support

Toll-free phone support + free upgrades: is free for the first 60 days (with <5 user license purchase). One full year of extended support is provided with any purchase of five (5) or more licenses. Extended support is completely optional and may be continued beyond the first term by purchasing an annual contract (Extended Support). Email support is always free!

This CMMS software may be translated into any language. We provide any language translation (Google machine translation) upon request. In addition, there is no charge of obligation for this translation service. MaintSmart 5.0 includes a translation screen that assists the user in performing translation. The translation affect 99% of the text in the software including screen text, report literal text and message text. Contact MaintSmart for more information.
