CMMS Dashboard and Purchase Requisitions

The CMMS dashboard known as the ‘Hot Sheet’ provide a user-defined listing of all of the important daily maintenance items for that specific user. This information is provided to the user in a tree view display. The data items are grouped by:

  • Inventory Items for Reorder
  • Work Orders
  • Preventative Maintenance
  • Down Time

Each of the above items may be configured to suit the particular users preferences. These preferences are saved against that user and displayed with date appropriate data each time the user opens the CMMS dashboard. An example of a configuration for inventory might be as follows:

  • List Items below minimum stock by 1
  • If reordering for Hot Sheet then reorder up to Maximum Stock
  • Create a purchase requisition automatically
  • Create a Purchase Order automatically (MaintSmart 5.0+)
  • Approve line items on a purchase requisition where user permissions allow (MaintSmart 5.0+)
